Calling experienced Employment Lawyers!

Are you:

• An Employment Relations and Safety Lawyer with at least 5 years PAE?
• Looking for a Senior Associate level role?
• Chasing complex, varied work that will keep you interested and challenged in the office?
• Experienced within Federal and State based Industrial Relations frameworks?

The nature of work:

• Being a trusted advisor to the firms' established state government and local government clients
• Advisory based work surrounding disciplinary processes, performance management, general protections, discrimination and more
• Advising on industrial instrument interpretation
• Involvement in investigations
• Advocacy work at a tribunal level
• The delivery of training and presentations

Experience Required:

A minimum of 5+ years PAE focusing in Employment Law.
