About the Role

Freeman Gallery, founded by renowned curator Jack Freeman, is celebrated for his expertise in creating luxury turn-key residences for some of the world’s most prestigious addresses. Our gallery showcases contemporary, iconic, and limited-edition collectible design products, working closely with private clients, architects, interior designers, and procurement companies.

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Interior Design Graduate to join our team as an Interior Design & Sales Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with high-end designers, architects, and luxury clients, gaining hands-on experience in both design and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales and design process – assist in managing client relationships from initial inquiry to post-delivery
• Prepare presentations to showcase our exclusive collections and custom furniture solutions
• Respond to price inquiries from designers, architects, and procurement firms, drafting quotes and assisting with follow-ups
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to handle pricing, orders, and deliveries
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and luxury brands, contributing fresh ideas to enhance our offerings
• Help organise and attend client meetings, industry events, and product showcases

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Recently graduated (or final year) in Interior Design
• Passionate about design, art, and luxury interiors – with an appreciation for craftsmanship and high-end materials
• Highly organised, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks
• Strong communication skills – confident, articulate, not afraid of public speaking and ready to build relationships with industry professionals
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and presentation tools
• Willing to learn sales processes and assist in client follow-ups
• Must have a driver’s license and access to a car (for client visits and showroom appointments)
