  • Ensure all designs align with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

3. 3D Visualization & Concept Development

  • Utilize SketchUp and Enscape to produce high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for project presentations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine concepts and deliver visually compelling presentations.

4. Material Specification & Procurement

  • Lead the selection, sourcing, and procurement of materials and finishes, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
  • Manage supplier relationships and oversee procurement timelines to align with project schedules.

5. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Present design concepts and incorporate feedback seamlessly while maintaining design integrity.
  • Work closely with construction teams to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly.

6. Team Coordination

  • Support cross-functional collaboration with contractors, engineers, and project managers to streamline project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years in the Australian interior design/architecture industry, with a strong focus on commercial projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD (essential), SketchUp & V-Ray for precise drafting and high-quality visualizations.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian building codes, DA/CDC/CC processes, and compliance requirements.
