We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, thrive on building strong client relationships, and are eager to explore new business opportunities, we would love to hear from you.

About the role:

As a Senior Sales Representative at KAS Australia, you will play a key role in managing our existing client base while proactively seeking new business opportunities. This full-time position requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management - Maintain and strengthen relationships with our long-standing independent clients and major retail partners, ensuring continuous engagement and sales growth.

• New Business Development - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expanding our presence in the market.

• Product Knowledge & Strategy - Gain an in-depth understanding of our product range and contribute ideas for sales expansion and market positioning.

• Market Insights - Provide valuable feedback on potential gaps or opportunities within the marketplace that KAS can leverage.

• Trade Fair Representation - Attend industry trade fairs as required to represent KAS, showcase our products, and build new business connections.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven sales and account management experience, preferably in the homewares industry.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of clients.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to identify and develop new customer relationships in both retail and hospitality sectors.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.

• Computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Fluent in English with excellent presentation skills.
