About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives to join our new sales team at Aluming Windows and Doors' in Sydney, NSW. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality aluminium windows and doors to residential and commercial customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
We are building a brand new sales team with 3-4 team members that will report directly to the General Manager. After two years, based on your performance, you will have the opportunity to transition into a Sales Manager or other management roles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Continuously seek new customers, reconnect with inactive clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Proactively resolve any customer issues, whether related to technology, service, or cost.
- Clearly understand the company’s order and service processes and effectively communicate them to customers to prevent misunderstandings and disputes.
- Provide high-quality after-sales service by promptly answering phone calls, responding to emails, and delivering solutions as quickly as possible.
- Observe and record current market trends, and report findings to your supervisor. Stay informed about competitors’ products.
- Comply with company policies and regulations, actively adapt to new policies, and cooperate with company policy adjustments.
Who we are looking for:
- At least two years of sales experience on road, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Highly goal-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to grasp key information accurately.

✅Base Salary: $70,000 + super
✅ Uncapped Commission:
Uncapped commission structure and a year-end bonus based on performance. (Average order price is around 15k for residential system and 60k for commercial system, you will be earning from 3-6% of the total sales before GST depending on your position and your target achievement)

You’ll be selling products and services that have been market proven over time and are popular. With dedicated sales efforts, you'll easily reach your targets.

Our office, quoting team, production team, installation team, and after-sales team provide you with strong support. You don't have to worry about any intermediary processes from order placement to delivery—simply focus on your customers' needs and your performance.

The company regularly hosts industry updates, sales tips sharing sessions, and progress meetings to help you become an even better salesperson.
