Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Stores Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Port Hedland, Western Australia. As a key player in our operations, you will manage our company’s Stores facility, ensuring the efficient flow of consumables, chemicals, equipment, and linens. Your role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Your job will be to use your experience to:

  • Monitor and maximize the usage of chemicals and consumables, reducing wastage.
  • Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring excellent inventory control.
  • Oversee the laundering and management of client linen on-site.
  • Ensure cleaning cloths, mops, buffing pads, and vacuum bags are regularly washed and recycled according to colour codes to maintain hygiene.
  • Manage and upkeep equipment.
  • Ensure popular products are kept stocked and orders are processed monthly based on system requirements.
  • Understand and assist in enforcing company OHS Standards, Policies, and Procedures with all cleaning staff.

Experience

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
