1 x Dental Receptionist – Part-time position available. This role is ideal for a highly organised, friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for our patients.

About the Roles

🦷 Dental Assistants:
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting dentists with procedures and patient care
• Sterilising instruments and maintaining a clean clinical environment
• Setting up and preparing treatment rooms
• Educating patients on oral health care
• Supporting the team with administrative duties as required

No experience? No problem! We are offering a traineeship for one of these positions, making it a perfect opportunity to kickstart your dental career.

📞 Dental Receptionist:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be a part of the team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy dental practice. Your key duties will include:

• Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly attitude
• Managing appointments efficiently, including scheduling, rescheduling, and optimising the appointment book
• Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records
• Managing emails, correspondence, and maintaining a welcoming waiting room environment
• Providing administrative support to the dental team
• Collaborating with dental staff to support patient flow and office efficiency

What We're Looking For

• A positive, team-oriented attitude – we believe in supporting each other!
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – professionalism and friendliness are a must!
• A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations
• Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting (ideal but not essential)
• Proficiency in dental software & Microsoft Office is a plus for reception applicants
