🦷 Join Our Team as a Dental Receptionist / Assistant! 🦷

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist / Assistant, who has medical reception experience, to join our friendly practice. Dental Assistant experience or Cert III preferred, but not essential. We pay above award rate. We have a great team of dentists, managers and dental assistants and are looking for someone to complement our wonderful working environment. This role is primarily reception / admin based, but occasional chairside assisting is also part of the job.

Bundall location.

Position: Part-time or Casual Dental Reception/Assistant (3-4 days/week), possibility for full time in the future.

Location: Boctor Dental Smilecentre Bundall, Gold Coast

Hours: Monday and Tuesdays essential, but can be flexible with other days based on candidate's availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment making
• Processing patient accounts
• Patient care follow up
• Other administrative tasks

Opportunity to learn dental assisting roles including:

• Assist dentist during procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take and develop x-rays
• Provide excellent patient care
• Maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Previous medical reception experience preferred, but not essential
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Monday and Tuesday availability
• Your own transport
