Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during procedures to ensure seamless workflow
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure sterilization of instruments
• Manage appointment bookings and coordinate patient schedules
• Process insurance claims with accuracy
• Maintain detailed patient records and handle scheduling efficiently
• Deliver outstanding care, addressing patient inquiries and helping them feel at ease
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Adhere to health and safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for working in a team
