Lead critical engineering and construction projects across waste management infrastructure in Victoria. Drive project success from planning to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from initial planning through to Final Investment Decision (FID) and execution.
• Manage construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Control budgets, schedules, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to achieve key milestones.
• Engage with contractors, consultants, and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management.

About You

• Bring 5+ years’ experience in engineering, construction, or heavy industry project management.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and project timelines effectively.
• Prioritise safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability.
• Solve problems with analytical thinking and strategic decision-making.
