The position:

• Team Leader of our Property Management department
• Kellyville location
• Saturdays are optional
• The salary is in the range of $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 (package comprising of super, allowances)
• Portfolio of 250 managements
• This position will require hands on property management but also being responsible and accountable for the whole portfolio. We currently have another team member within the team where you will act as a leader and mentor and support this person to develop into a Senior Property Manager as the business grows

About the prospective candidate:

• You must have a minimum of 4-7 years experience as a Senior Property Manager and/or Team Leader & hold the appropriate licensing.
• You understand the importance of leveraging technology and resources to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to naturally grow and manage your work.
• You’re skilled at building strong relationships and expanding your network.
• You are sharp, quick on your feet, and able to handle challenges
• You have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transport.
• You are willing to provide proof of working rights & undergo a police check.
