Senior Property Manager / Team Leader | Perth (CBD)

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of approx 130 properties with an assistant property manager to do the leg work, and grow into most likely managing a team of approx 3 staff with a salary review planned at 12 months to allow this.

Using PropertyMe, the latest tools, phone and laptop can be provided, join a well run team where the Department Manager has shown that they can step into to support you, not just bark orders at you.

JOB DUTIES:
- Management of 130 properties, mostly newer builds, spread all over Perth
- Delegate and oversee to your assistant property manager the compliance, inspections and leasing, but ensure it is done correctly
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with tenants and owners, and using PropertyMe systems
- Deal with escalated issues and function as a Senior Property Manager, training and developing the assistant property manager(s) in the team as/if required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Extensive Property Management Experience
- Experience with end to end property management on their own portfolio of 100+ properties in WA
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills
- Strong attention to detail and quick on emails
