About the role

This role is a mix of Sales Co-ordination, Order Processing and Delivery Management:

Specifically, we're looking for someone who can:

• Call customers promptly to book qualified prospects into shed design sessions and sales appointments
• Manage our sales pipeline and ordering processes using our Infusionsoft and Asana systems.
• Run our contract management process -- keeping track of contract progress to support smooth shed delivery
• Participate in regular sales meetings to track current and next actions in sales and delivery
• Conduct general administrative duties

Skills and experience

• At least 3 years' full-time work experience in an administrative role
• Experience with Marketing Co-ordination or Sales Co-ordination is a big plus
• Strong familiarity and competence with computers and software tools
• Confident and diplomatic phone manner
• Able to juggle competing priorities and keep track of multiple projects
• Accurate with numbers and data
• Very strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality work
