Our business is about delivering challenging projects in metro and regional parts of WA. We have a growing team that is dedicated to delivering for our customers wherever they made need us. Right now, we need to grow our team to keep up with current demand for our services and we are looking for someone to take a leading role in ensuring we maintain our reputation for quality, safety and performance .

BLU Electrical Services undertakes projects in both regional and metro WA and we focus on medium size projects in sport, healthcare, education, community facilities and mining up to $5.5mil.

With multiple projects on the go, and a number of new projects about to start we are looking for the right person to join our team and help continue to build on the success we've had to date.

We are a family business that goes above and beyond to take care of our team, and we provide a flexible roster that allows our staff to be home for important events when working away.

Skills and experience

You'll be working with a team that takes care of each other, so having the right attitude is paramount to being successful in our business. That's our starting point

Obviously you'll need all the typical skills and experience anyone would expect of a qualified electrician. Beyond that, we expect you to be able to demonstrate the following based on previous experience in leading teams

1. Read and understand drawings and specs
2. Plan works in advance and have the ability to communicate that plan
3. Maintain a safe working environment
4. Maintain project records and documentation and update management progressively
5. Assist with quoting where required (new works and variations)
6. Test and commission
7. Maintain cleanliness of company supplied vehicle
