The Role
You will have Proven Experience in the following:

• Leading your team to achieve success in delivering projects on time and to budget.
• Upholding Company Standards in terms of Safety and Quality
• Communicating with the Operations Manager to ensure projects are running smoothly
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the installation of all aspects of Commercial Roofing, Metal Wall Cladding & Metal Soffit Linings
• A strong drive to achieve targets and a willingness to be measured against performance goals

Required Qualifications / Tickets

• Qualified Roof Plumber
• WHS industry white card
• Drivers License
• Working at Heights
• EWP ( preferred )

Remuneration

Archer Roofing is an equal opportunity employer who treats all employees fairly. Pay subject to experience and role.

$110k-$130k+ (incl. super) + overtime + paid leave + allowances ( remuneration based on experience )
