About Us
Connected Kids Speech Pathology has been operating for twelve years. We have clinics in Williamstown and Keilor East and a satellite location at TreeHaus clinic in Newport. We also offer telehealth services across Victoria. We have 9 speech pathologists on the team as well as a team of receptionists. The team are well supported by our Practice Manager and Director.
We provide assessment and intervention services for children and adolescents up to the age of 16.

About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the everyday smooth running of the practice with the majority of the time being spent focusing on client interaction and ensuring their experience is both positive and memorable.
This position will provide you opportunities to work across 3 key areas:
- Front Desk: Coordinating client appointments in Cliniko, processing payments, private health and Medicare claims, management of general enquiries, triaging intake and referrals, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, managing client arrivals
- Practice Presentation: Taking pride in the little things that make our clients and team feel welcomed and valued
- Marketing: Liaising with referrers and potential clients to ensure the best outcomes for our clients as well as contributing to practice growth
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using client management software and programs such as Word and Excel
- Have proven attention to detail
- Have a love for client experience

- Enjoy being organised and working on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Experience in a similar setting is desirable.
Hours
This is a part time position with comprehensive onboarding and support provided. Hours required are 8am to 5pm on weekdays with the potential for additional days as required. Work days required are Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
