About Us:
Grandview Kitchens has been proudly serving the community for 50 years. We specialize in bespoke joinery, manufacturing all our products onsite using locally sourced materials and hardware. Our in-house workshop allows us to maintain exceptional quality and tailor every detail to our clients' needs.
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist & Office Administrator for our business. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic office environment, we’d love to hear from you! Training can be provided for the right candidate.
💡 This is a great opportunity to learn about joinery and design, with the potential to advance into quoting and designing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients
- Managing emails, appointments, and general office correspondence
- Processing invoices, payments, and accounts administration
- Assisting with purchase orders and supplier coordination
- General office duties, including data entry and filing
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or office administration role (preferred but not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting software (preferred)
- A proactive and friendly attitude with great attention to detail
