An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our clients Technology Team and contribute to their Microsoft Dynamics/D365 program of work Reporting to our Executive Director this role This role requires expertise in gathering and documenting functional requirements, configuring D365 applications, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and business process automation. The role is based in gold coast head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and user interviews, and work with departments to identify, clarify, document and validate solution requirements – functionality, user training and reporting requirements.
• Hands-on design and development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.
• Use AI tools to automate processes
• Develop and manage Technical and Functional requirements and specifications of projects through Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Customize Microsoft Dynamics modules and develop new modules too extract full functionality out of F&O and Warehousing modules.
• Map, develop and configure workflows, procedures & process maps on various business processes.
• In-depth knowledge of core D365 F&O modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting).

Must have Experience:

• D365 Configuration & Customization - Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) modules.
• Functional Requirements Gathering - Expertise in eliciting and documenting business needs, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Business Process Optimization - Strong understanding of business process automation and best practices.
• Integration Experience - Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, API Management, Power Platform) for system integrations.
