Our client, a tier-one contract logistics company, has recently won a significant tender with a global grocery retail brand and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing account management. Responsibilities

This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and customer engagement for a major new logistics operation. If you have a strong background in supply chain, logistics, and account management, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in a new team build. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the implementation of logistics services for a new grocery retail customer
• Act as the key point of contact for customer onboarding, ensuring alignment with GXO's proposed solutions and industry standards
• Oversee the project budget, capital expenditure, and asset deployment, ensuring contractual compliance
• Provide regular project status updates and drive steering committee engagement
• Manage change requests for all out-of-scope activities
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, reporting to the Customer Success Director (based in Thailand)

Your Profile

To be considered, our client is looking to meet those that meet the following criteria:

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or contract management
• Strong background in account management and customer-facing roles
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Previous exposure to Greenfield or Brownfield projects
• Ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders
