About the Role:
- Immaculate waterfront venue
- Weddings and Events specialist
- Manage a la carte restaurant and events
- Manage rostering and staffing
- Use online systems for rosters, events, bookings, accounts
- Working with a large professional team
Duties, Skills & experience
- Must be strong in events
- A la carte restaurant experience
- Must have strong communication skills
- Customer orientated focus
- Strong POS skills
- Wine knowledge, cocktail exp, bar & coffee
- Must be a team player
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar environment
