About the Role:

  • Immaculate waterfront venue
  • Weddings and Events specialist
  • Manage a la carte restaurant and events
  • Manage rostering and staffing
  • Use online systems for rosters, events, bookings, accounts
  • Working with a large professional team

Duties, Skills & experience

  • Must be strong in events
  • A la carte restaurant experience
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Customer orientated focus
  • Strong POS skills
  • Wine knowledge, cocktail exp, bar & coffee
  • Must be a team player
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar environment
