Stunning venue will operate as a cafe during the day and transform into a stunning event space at night attracting mostly weddings!

Our client is looking for an event and venue coordinator to run the day to day operations of the cafe Wednesday - Sunday and run events during the evening when needed. You will also manage the event enquires, plan and execute those events.

Are you someone who is going to take on the venue as your baby and manage the space, deal with event enquiries, manage events, come up with ideas for the venue??

Requirements:

• RSA and Barista experience as must!
• Event management and operations experience - ideally weddings
• Manage cafe and office time - juggle responding to event enquiries and running cafe, coordinating suppliers and deliveries
• Proactive and efficient
• Positive attitude
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Roster looks like Wednesday - Sunday daytime but must be available for nights as required for events.
