We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the roles of Office Junior and Admin Assistant at our Ballina-based office.

• Administration
• Reception
• Customer Service inbound and outbound
• Data entry
• Scheduling of appointments
• Completely Virtual Reception for our clients with no face to face contact.
• Full Front Desk Administration (not a call centre)
• Taking calls and bookings carrying out a variety of services for over 100 clients Australia wide.
• Utilizing a variety of programs and procedures on a daily basis

Successful applicants must possess the following:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Intermediate MS office skills
• Fantastic time management
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
• Own transport and prepared to work in Ballina NSW
