Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mining Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site installation activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams.
• Train and mentor junior staff and new hires.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of mining sites.
• Prepare and present reports on production and safety performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mining Supervisor or similar role. (S123) G1, G8, G9 qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of site installations and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in mining or a related field.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
