About the Client

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join a high-performing team on a 2:1 FIFO roster-providing a great balance between career progression and time off. This role involves overseeing bulk earthworks, concrete, and civil works on major projects.

Requirements

✅ Rio Tinto Inductions (or experience on Rio Tinto sites)
✅ Proven leadership experience as a supervisor in civil construction or infrastructure projects
✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience in civil construction or mining across Australia
✅ Strong project oversight skills, from planning to completion
✅ Proactive and leadership-driven, with the ability to hit the ground running
✅ Stable employment history, with positive industry references
✅ S26 Certificate (highly regarded)
