We are a structural steel fabrication company based in northern suburbs who supply fabricated structural steel to the commercial construction industry.

We are currently seeking a Part Time Accounts Administrator join our team. This is a Permanent Part Time role. Suitable candidate will be able to offer 2-3 days per week up to 24hrs a week. (Flexible)

Note: We will only consider candidates with 3 years experience in Accounts Administration (preferably in Construction)

The role:

• End to End Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Experience
• End to End Payroll (EBA environment)
• Processing high volume of Supplier invoices ensuring entries match the Purchase Order requirements
• Processing monthly progress claims and reconciling payments from client RCTI's
• Perform Bank Reconciliations
• Perform Monthly, Quarterly Activity statements
• Perform Monthly Payroll reporting obligations including Incolink, Leaveplus and superannuation payments
• Management of general office Administration including phone enquiries
• Use of MYOB Accounting software (Current Version)
• Use of Acecad Strumis Software (Current Version)
• Work in a great team with a strong focus to deliver a high quality experience for all clients

Your skills:.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Efficient in MYOB Software
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written with high attention to detail
• You are a motivated proactive person who can work unsupervised and part of a team
• Strong willingness to learn and grow with the company
