ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are recruiting for a well-established and dynamic company with a national footprint, specialising in providing equipment and services for commercial sectors. ABOUT THE ROLE
You will manage service orders, ensuring accurate entry and efficient coordination. Liaise with internal teams to schedule and update job statuses while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with Pronto is essential. At times, you will also assist with reception overflow, handling and directing calls as needed. This is an ongoing temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on business needs.
DUTIES
- Process service orders with accuracy and efficiency using Pronto
- Coordinate job scheduling and update statuses in real time
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and job completion
- Handle reception overflow calls, directing inquiries to the right departments
- Maintain accurate records and data entry within Pronto
- Address service-related queries and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Prioritise urgent requests and escalate issues where necessary
- Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and customer-focused
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in Pronto; experience managing service orders and job scheduling
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to handle and resolve service-related queries
- Confident in managing reception overflow calls and directing inquiries effectively
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and job status updates
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Problem-solving and issue escalation skills to support smooth operations
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment
