After a period of strong growth, we’re expanding our awesome admin team with a brand-new Logistics & Compliance Coordinator role. If you love problem-solving, keeping things organised, and making an impact, this could be the perfect fit!

Working closely with the Logistics Manager, you’ll help coordinate fieldwork, manage schedules and bookings, liaise with clients, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also maintain compliance records and portals, handle invoicing, and help to keep our team on track to do their best work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning ahead with the Logistics Manager to optimize staff schedules
• Managing emails & ensuring fantastic client service
• Coordinating and booking equipment, organising permits & compliance needs
• Keeping staff calendars up to date with availability dates
• Handling invoicing & managing client portals
• Overseeing job workflows & ensuring jobs are planned efficiently
• Generating reports in a timely fashion
• Communicating with clients & gathering feedback for continuous improvement
