About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth shipping operations. You’ll be responsible for booking shipments, managing freight and shipping logistics, and working closely with warehouses and suppliers. This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunities to develop and progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Book shipments with shipping lines and freight forwarders
• Manage import and export documentation and customs compliance
• Liaise with suppliers and warehouses to ensure seamless operations
• Track and monitor shipments, resolving any logistics challenges
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Work closely with internal teams to streamline supply chain processes

About You

• Experience in freight, shipping, and logistics (import/export experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation and customs procedures
• Highly organised with great problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
• A team player with excellent communication skills
