What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the Sales Process – Lead generation, pitching, closing. You’ll be the face of Patorama to potential clients.
- Building a Bulletproof Pipeline – No one-hit wonders. You’ll create a high-value, recurring revenue stream that keeps growing.
- Negotiating Like a Pro – You don’t just take orders—you craft deals that make sense for both us and our clients.
- Creating Strong Client Relationships – Be the trusted partner to agents, agencies, and businesses who rely on us.
- Developing & Scaling the Sales Process – Work with our Operations Director to refine and expand how we sell.
- Tracking & Optimizing Performance – Sales isn’t a guessing game. You’ll track metrics, identify patterns, and refine strategies.
- Aligning with Marketing & Product Teams – Help shape what we sell and how we position it in the market.

What Success Looks Like
- Sales Growth – Increase revenue by 30% per quarter.
- New Client Acquisition – Secure 5+ new clients per month, spending at least $2,000+ per month.
- Client Retention – Keep 85% or more of your clients coming back.
- Sales Pipeline – Keep a pipeline worth three times the quarterly sales target.
- Lead Conversion – Convert at least 30% of leads into paying clients.

Commission-Only (Big Upside, No Cap)
- OTE is $100,000 to $150,000.
- Percentage on all new client bookings.
