• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café
• Lead and motivate a team of baristas and café staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
• Manage inventory, ordering and stock control
• Handle cash management and financial reporting
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision making

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Sound financial management and inventory control skills
