We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Training Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) to join our team for a contract position. As an ERP Training Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to empower our users to efficiently navigate and utilize D365 FO.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced consultant to be part of a large-scale implementation project, working with a team of professionals to ensure smooth adoption of D365 FO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials for end-users on D365 FO.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (both virtual and in-person) for various user groups.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and customize learning content accordingly.
• Provide post-training support, answering user queries and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure training is aligned with project milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation and training materials to ensure they remain up to date.
• Provide feedback on system usage and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in ERP training, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO).
• Strong knowledge of the D365 FO modules, including finance, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Experience in creating training materials, user manuals, and conducting training sessions for different user levels.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to assess training needs and customize content.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in a consulting or project-based environment is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Ability to adapt training strategies based on the audience’s learning style.

Desired Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in D365 FO or ERP-related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations).
