• Training Compliance/ L&D Manager
• Fast paced and managing multiple projects
• $65 per hour plus super

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive L&D Training Compliance / Program Advisor to oversee and support the day-to-day administration of a key training program within a busy long term project.
You will manage specific tasks independently while also assisting with program administration as needed. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced project environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align the company’s Training Matrix with requirements of the project
• Develop workflows for any additional training as well as templates for company-related assessment programs.
• Maintain quarterly training plan and forward planning approach.
• Resolve eLearning portal issues and maintain reporting processes.
• Conduct program and gap analysis of training matrix and work with stakeholders to close these gaps.
• Manage Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accurate data tracking and record keeping.

Qualifications:

• Experience in training, L&D compliance or program/project management with L&D focus
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills (Excel).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
