This global enterprise level logistics platform is continuing to make their presence known both here in Australia and internationally. Their pipeline of new clients is expanding at pace, providing the opportunity for a new Account Manager to help manage the influx of new clients.

You will be working with a small team, across the sales representatives to presales and technical teams, delivering demo's online, closing sales and then managing the new client through the configuration and then maintenance phase.

This is a highly configurable product, and therefore your ability to work closely with customers to understand their business and advise on how the product can help them will be paramount.

You must be highly analytical, technically minded, have outstanding communication skills, and a commercial nous that will enable you to easily navigate through the various challenges customers face and then influence them on how these challenges can be resolved.

You will have experience in sales and account management for a SaaS platform. Beyond just delivering demonstrations, you will have experience unpacking a customers pain point to craft solutions that work.

Ideally you will be degree qualified.

Located in the south eastern suburbs, you will work on-sight mostly, with flexibility on WFH also offered where needed.
