About the role:

We are seeking someone who will be responsible for the management of a well-established client base in Sydney as well as surrounding regional areas (regional travel required - quarterly). In addition, this role will also be responsible for the development of new channel sales opportunities with a strong focus in the residential and commercial market segment. This role is highly focused on Account Management with a small mix of new business development.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Sales growth management
  • Prepare and implement weekly call plans
  • Implement strategic plans supporting dealer growth.
  • Update dealers regularly with relevant marketing material and campaigns
  • Monitor the business growth through dealer expansion programs
  • Continually seek and identify new dealer business opportunities or initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans supporting dealer growth
  • Reporting and general administration
  • Prepare and review yearly call plan
  • Customer service and technical support
  • Project management

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • 3 + years experience in a technical and sales focused role - HVAC or similar industry
  • Successful Sales Growth and Account Management
  • Technical aptitude in understanding customer queries and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Client Management is essential
  • Strong relationship building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Problem solving - deductive reasoning & analytical thinking
  • Negotiation skills
  • Planning & business development skills
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • A 'can-do' positive attitude.
