We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team based in Sydney.

As an Account Manager with DI, you will be managing an existing portfolio of real estate agency clients and working to safeguard the compliance of their agency, owners and the safety of their tenants. Package includes:

• $90,000 base salary plus super
• Up to $20,000 bonus per annum

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Sales Director, the purpose of your role is to build relationships with our existing and new real estate agency clients and to safeguard their compliance. Supported by a central, Melbourne-based support team you are your client's principal point of contact. Elements of your role include (but are not limited to):

• Visit clients;
• Take a proactive role in managing and ensuring compliance within your client portfolio, upholding high service standards;
• Promptly respond to client queries, providing assistance and resolving any issues;
• Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance the overall service experience for our clients; and
• Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.
• Attending industry events

We’re looking for a relationship management professional with demonstrated experience in residential property management. If you are an energetic and enthusiastic people-person with the desire to provide 5-star service to our existing clients and the determination to build upon these clients to drive take-up by their portfolio based on excellence in service experience, this is the role for you!

Effective management of priorities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery and client satisfactions is essential to succeed in the role, along with the ability to present the business confidently and professionally.
