About our Client- Food innovation leader

Our client is an Australian innovation leader in food import, manufacturing and distribution to food service, QSR franchises, national supermarkets, meal kit providers and multinational food operators. They believe that their success starts with their team, which is why they are looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join them for an immediate start.

Qualifications & experience

  • Proven customer support or experience as a client service representative- within the Food sector preferred
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • Advanced familiarity with MS Office, ERP/CRM systems and practices- Netsuite would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you will be a part of an experienced Customer Service Team
  • Processing of orders that meet the various time constraints of their warehouse and logistic providers
  • Effective and accurate communication with warehouses and logistics providers
  • Ensure they meet their customer requirements, delivery in full and on time
  • Escalate any issue that will impact the fulfillment of customer orders
  • Development of effective business relationships with internal team members and third party providers
  • Weekly review of transport and warehousing invoices for accuracy
  • Mixture of daily administrative tasks required that will assist in supporting other members of the entire team
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in service and addressing customer needs with additional tasks as required
