About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for consumers and retailers, assisting with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and service resolutions. You will play a vital role in maintaining brand loyalty by delivering professional, solution-focused support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on products, pricing, and availability
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions with a focus on complete satisfaction
- Respond to escalated queries and monitor the customer support inbox
- Process orders, refunds, and other service requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Participate in product training to enhance your knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers and external service providers
About You
We’re looking for a customer-focused professional with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Experience working in a call centre or high-volume customer service environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A proactive mindset with keen attention to detail
