We are seeking high quality Customer Service Representative to join our team based in West End, Brisbane.
About the role:
We are seeking a high performing candidate who is reliable, has great personal values, that can support our Client Services Manager. This is a full-time position requiring a motivated person to deliver an amazing customer experience. You will assist customers through a variety of platforms, working towards individual, team, and customer goals and bring new ideas and fresh energy to the team.
Key responsibilities for this role:
- Assisting customers with phone and email enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Providing product information, support & solutions to customers (training will be provided).
- Developing customer relationships and accounts.
- Processing Sales Orders
- Generating Quotes
- Provide customer feedback to management to help improve the business’ products and services.
- Assisting in customer retention activities.
- Daily admin duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
What will make you a successful candidate:
- You will be able to communicate clearly and hold strong relationships with customers.
- Ideally you will have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role and a personal drive to excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Organisational and Time Management skills.
- Self-motivated with a good work ethic and the ability to adapt and grow within the role.
