Carr Legal is a well-established law firm in Tamworth, providing expert legal services in family law, property law, as well as wills and estates. We are seeking a professional and organised Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and support our team.

About the Role:

As our Legal Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars
• Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence
• Assisting solicitors and support staff with administrative tasks
• Maintaining office supplies and organisation

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn legal software quickly
• A professional and courteous demeanour
• A commitment to presenting professionally, including adhering to appropriate business attire
