THE IMPACT ​YOU'LL MAKE

  • Diverse Sales Approach – Sales range from straightforward transactions (quotes, follow-ups) to complex negotiations spanning 3-4 months.
  • High-Value Deals – Large average deal sizes, with a focus on closing warm leads rather than cold calling with a current pipeline of $17.6 million.
  • Key Stakeholders in Sales – Work primarily with builders (contract admins, project managers), architects and fire engineers.
  • Ongoing Market Expansion – Actively exploring new opportunities in infrastructure, high-rise developments, and industrial projects.
  • Commitment to Quality & Service – Prioritises customer satisfaction, technical precision, and compliance, ensuring the preferred choice in the market.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • The BDM will work closely with builders, architects, and fire engineers, requiring a consultative sales approach and technical understanding, making it an engaging and strategic role.
  • Proven success in business development or sales ideally within engineering, construction or with a strong technical understanding to effectively communicate product benefits and align solutions with client needs.
  • A track record of managing complex sales cycles, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • The position has the potential to evolve into a Head of Sales role, offering long-term career advancement as the company expands.
  • On offer is a competitive base between $110,000 - $130,000 plus Super, Car Allowance and performance-based incentives, making it an attractive opportunity for candidates at any career stage.
