Join the passionate team at JC Assist Pty LTD as a part-time Speech Pathologist in our service areas of the Knox, Mooroondah and Yarra Ranges. This role will allow you to utilise your expertise in occupational therapy to make a real difference in the lives of your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalised rehabilitation plans
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help clients improve their functional independence, mobility, and quality of life
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients
• Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers to support effective self-management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• Qualified in Speech Pathologist Therapy and current registration with SPA
• Demonstrated experience in Speech therapy, preferably in a community-based setting
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on functional independence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• The ability to contribute to the development and growth of our allied health department and services to better support clients.
