About The Neuro Nest

The Neuro Nest isn’t just another therapy space—it’s a hub of empowerment, self-discovery, and acceptance for neurodiverse children and young adults up to 30 years old. We provide interest-led, sensory-friendly support in a space where individuals can feel safe, understood, and valued.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy focused on speech, language, and communication development.
• Use play-based, neuro-affirming approaches to foster confidence and self-expression.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of OTs, psychologists, educators, and support workers to provide holistic support.
• Support alternative communication methods like AAC, sign language, and visual supports.
• Engage with families and caregivers to develop strategies that support communication beyond our Nest.
  

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified and registered Speech Therapist with experience (or strong interest) in working with neurodivergent individuals.
• Someone who values connection over correction and meets individuals where they are.
• A creative, flexible, and compassionate professional who loves thinking outside the box.
• Experience with AAC, social communication, or sensory-informed therapy is a huge plus!
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, neuro-affirming environment.
