What you'll be doing

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the products they need
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience
• Maintain a neat and tidy store environment, restocking shelves and keeping displays looking their best
• Assist with inventory management and stock control duties as required
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, with a demonstrated track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide product information
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude
• The availability to work a mix of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
