Location: Urunga / Coffs Harbour
Position Type: Part-Time Retail Assistant (with potential to transition to Full-Time)
Availability: Must be able to work Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Retail Assistant to join our team. This position starts as part-time with the potential to transition to a full-time role for the right candidate.

About You

Enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn.

Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Flexible availability, including the ability to work occasional Saturdays.

Prior retail experience in outdoor power equipment sales and spares is a plus but not required—we provide training!

Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities -

We want to ensure that each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone and on-line.

● Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience.

● Must have POS experience pref. AMWIN

● Mechanical knowledge is an advantage

● Experience with Spare Parts interpretation is an advantage

● Cat A & B Licence is an advantage but not essential

● Always maintain a strong safety focus to ensure your own well-being, as well as the safety of your teammates and customers.

● Use your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance.

● Assist with sales, stock receive, dispatch & store replenishment. Also assist with shows we attend during the year.

● Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

● Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandise standards, cleanliness and organization in the store.

● Contribute to a team-oriented and professional environment.

● Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and positive team member and contribute to a positive team culture

NOTE: This role will require lifting, bending and climbing. A police check will also be required.
