You’ve spent years being the technical expert in payroll systems like iChris, ADP, and MicrOpay, developing a deep understanding of configuration, compliance, reporting, and system integrations. But now, you’re looking for something new.
You want to move beyond optimising payroll systems within a single company and use your expertise to support many, helping businesses unlock the full potential of their payroll technologies.
You’ll get to advise these clients on their implementation and optimisation of Workday Payroll, one of the newest payroll systems launched into the Australian market last year. You’ll get the opportunity to be one of the first Workday Payroll Specialists in the local market, so you’ll build in-demand skills for the future in an emerging product backed by a global conglomerate investing heavily in the platform.
You’ll partner closely with clients, guiding them through the configuration, optimisation, and troubleshooting of their payroll systems.
This role is all about consulting and advising, not processing payroll. Instead of managing day-to-day payroll tasks, you’ll configure systems, identify optimisations, and ensure compliance across various client environments.
You’ll also play an essential role in providing clients with training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
You’ll ensure that all payroll processes meet Australian tax, superannuation, and regulatory standards, contributing to your client’s governance and compliance initiatives.

What you’ll need:
· Technical expertise in payroll systems such as iChris, ADP, or MicrOpay.
· Experience in configuring, optimising, and implementing payroll systems; and
· In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll compliance, including tax, superannuation, and reporting.
