We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist with expertise in the Micropay Payroll System to join our team. This is a must so please don't apply unless you have used MICROPAY You will be responsible for processing high-volume payroll, managing all aspects of payroll from start to finish, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution. Based in North Rocks

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a minimum of 150 pays a day in a high-volume environment
• Handle full payroll responsibilities including onboarding new employees, processing superannuation, and managing leave entitlements
• Manage and process payroll in accordance with relevant awards, with a strong understanding of MA000084
• Ensure compliance with all payroll-related policies and legislation
• Stay calm and focused under pressure, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times
• Provide excellent support to staff with payroll-related inquiries

Requirements:

• Extensive experience using Micropay Payroll System (essential)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of various awards, with specific expertise in MA000084
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
