About the role

As a Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and creation of delicious Indian and vegan dishes for our discerning customers. What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and vegan dishes to our high standards
• Ensure all food is presented attractively and to our menu specifications
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Assist with menu planning and development of new dishes
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional customer experience

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Chef in a similar restaurant environment
• Excellent knowledge of Indian and vegan cuisine and ingredients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for creating high-quality, flavourful dishes
