Piccolo Papà is on the lookout for a passionate Chef to join our team full-time. We’re a vibrant Italian eatery dedicated to authentic flavors, quality ingredients, and a warm, welcoming dining experience, trading at Toowoomba for 11 years.

About the Role:

As a Chef at Piccolo Papà, you’ll play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to our dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes in line with our menu and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are met.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and uphold our commitment to excellence.
• Assist in stock management and minimizing waste.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• A strong passion for Italian cuisine and cooking with fresh, quality ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
