As a Loan Processor / Credit Analyst, your main responsibility will be supporting our Finance Brokers by efficiently processing loan applications and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete. You'll work closely with brokers to ensure smooth and timely submissions to lenders, providing essential administrative support in the loan approval process.
This role is essential to ensuring that clients’ loan applications are processed efficiently, with full compliance to industry regulations. You’ll collaborate with brokers, lenders, and clients to manage the documentation and tracking of each application through to approval.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process loan applications and manage the required documentation from start to finish.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with lender and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate regularly with lenders, clients, and third-party professionals to ensure smooth processing of loans.
- Provide administrative support to brokers, including handling paperwork, pricing, and servicing requests.
- Manage client information using CRM systems and loan submission portals.
- Keep clients and brokers updated on the progress of loan applications.
Qualifications:
- You have experience or an understanding of the mortgage broking process (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You’re highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Cert IV in Financial Services or Mortgage Broking (preferred, but not essential).
- Clear Police Report (mandatory)
- 2-3 years of industry experience in Administration roles (preferably in financial services, though not essential).
