As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly skilled Analyst / Commercial Loan Processor to join our Northcote-based team. If you thrive on structuring deals, analysing financials, and driving transactions from start to finish, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Loan Structuring & Packaging – Assess, structure, and package loans tailored to client needs
• Financial & Credit Analysis – Interpret feasibility studies, financial statements, and credit policies
• Client & Lender Engagement – Communicate with developers, lenders, banks, and BDMs.
• Valuation & Risk Assessment – Analyse property valuations, quantity surveyor reports, and market trends.
• Process Improvement – Identify efficiencies and refine internal loan processing systems.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience:

• 2-4 years’ experience in property development finance, commercial lending, or construction finance.
• Strong financial modelling skills and experience with funding & feasibility calculators.
• Ability to interpret financial statements, credit policies, and lender products.
• Excellent analytical skills – able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, lenders, and stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing property development valuations and due diligence reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.

Education & Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Property, or a related field is preferred.
